The lesson was wonderful – very positive and a fantastic eye for detail. You really helped to teach me how to use my position in a better way for the horse and longevity of my body. I highly recommend this!

“Ride With Your Mind” optimizes your ability to learn independently and unlocks the horse’s ability to become more athletic. This bio-mechanics method teaches us to use our seat and body as a sophisticated tool to influence the horse, enabling riders to adopt the techniques that gifted riders use unconsciously — “behind the art lies a science of cause and effect”.

“Lisa carefully listens to riders and instructors to help them achieve in areas where struggles exist. My students and I are very grateful for her support to us in becoming better communicators to our horses. I recommend her highly.”

Since childhood, Lisa’s training with horses has encompassed jumping and dressage with nationally and internationally acclaimed clinicians. As a student of Mark Rashid’s insightful “Aibado” horse training, her approach is informed by behavioral science and an understanding of how to shape horse energy.

“I was immediately aware of your centered, perceptive and empathetic approach. You have such a deep grasp of the rider’s body and care deeply for horses and their people: what a wonderful and rare combination! I really look forward to working with you again!”
